Актуальность исследования архивных фондов по истории легкой промышленности Курской области 1965–1991 года обусловлена возможностью провести комплексный анализ одного из ключевых, но менее изученных по сравнению с тяжелой индустрией секторов советской экономики. Этот период, от начала Косыгинской реформы до распада СССР, был временем последней попытки модернизации советской экономической модели и нарастания кризисных явлений, что делает его особенно ценным для исследователей. Изучение архивов позволяет реконструировать механизмы принятия решений и систему управления целой отраслью. Архивы дают уникальную возможность оценить реальную эффективность плановой экономики и ее попытки адаптироваться к вызовам времени.
Цель ‒ исследовать документальный состав архивных фондов предприятий легкой промышленности Курской области, функционировавших в 1965–1991 годы.
Задачи: проанализировать научно-справочный аппарат Государственного архива Курской области, выявить фонды предприятий легкой промышленности и обобщить сведения по составу наиболее ценных с точки зрения истории предприятий документов.
Методология. Авторская методология основана на принципах историзма, научной объективности и системности, методах анализа, синтеза, обобщения.
Результаты. Проанализирован состав фондов предприятий легкой промышленности Курской области, функционировавших в 1965–1991 годы, выявил архивные документы, позволяющие оценить состояние, перспективы и проблемы региональной отрасли.
Вывод. В исследуемый период в Курской области функционировало достаточно большое количество предприятий легкой промышленности, производивших товары народного потребления. Это трикотажный комбинат, трикотажная фабрика, производственное объединение «Швея», шпагатно-веревочная и фабрика технических тканей. Также кожевенный завод, кожевенно-обувное объединение, кожгалантерейная фабрика в Курске и суконная фабрика в п. Глушково. Анализ архивных фондов этих предприятий – это не просто история отдельной отрасли, а ключ к пониманию системных процессов в экономике, социальной сфере и управлении. Многие из этих процессов сохраняют свою актуальность и для современной России.
Relevance of studying the archival funds on the history of the light industry in the Kursk region from 1965 to 1991 lies in the opportunity to conduct a comprehensive analysis of one of the key sectors of the Soviet economy, which is less studied compared to the heavy industry. This period, from the beginning of the Kosygin reform to the collapse of the USSR, was a time of the last attempt to modernize the Soviet economic model and the growing crisis, making it particularly valuable for researchers. Studying the archives allows us to reconstruct the decision-making mechanisms and the management system of an entire industry. Archives provide a unique opportunity to assess the real effectiveness of the planned economy and its attempts to adapt to the challenges of the time.
Purpose ‒ to study the documentary composition of the archival funds of light industry enterprises in the Kursk Region that operated from 1965 to 1991.
Objectives: to analyze the scientific and reference apparatus of the State Archive of the Kursk Region, identify the funds of light industry enterprises, and summarize information on the composition of the most valuable documents from the point of view of the history of enterprises.
Methodology. The author's methodology is based on the principles of historicism, scientific objectivity, and systematicity, as well as methods of analysis, synthesis, and generalization.
Results. The author analyzed the composition of the funds of light industry enterprises in the Kursk Region, which operated from 1965 to 1991, and identified archival documents that allow for an assessment of the state, prospects, and problems of the regional industry.
Conclusion. During the period under study, there were a large number of light industry enterprises in the Kursk region that produced consumer goods. These included a knitting factory, a knitting mill, a production association called «Dressmaker», a rope factory, and a factory that produced technical fabrics. There was also a leather factory, a leather and footwear association, a leather goods factory in Kursk, and a cloth factory in Glushkovo. The analysis of the archival records of these enterprises is not just about the history of a specific industry, but also provides insights into the systemic processes in the economy, social sphere, and management. Many of these processes remain relevant for modern Russia.
