Актуальность. В последние годы для российской действительности характерно значительное возрастание интереса к советскому наследию. Государственная политика характеризуется активным использованием подобных тенденций при создании новых форм социального взаимодействия (юннаты, стройотрядовское движение, добровольчество, юнармия и т. д.). Подобная повестка может быть оценена неоднозначно, однако ее проявления актуализируют необходимость детального рассмотрения советских институтов и механизмов с точки зрения как положительного, так отрицательного опыта. Ударные комсомольские стройки являются одним из маркеров широкомасштабности мобилизационного движения в Советском государстве и представляют научный интерес не только с социально-экономических позиций, но и с юридической точки зрения.Целью настоящей статьи является исследование института ударных комсомольских строек с точки зрения правовой регламентации и формирование дифференцированного перечня основных источников правового регулирования указанного явления.Задачи исследования вытекают из цели статьи и заключаются в том, чтобы проанализировать правовое положение ударных комсомольских строек с учетом их комплексного институционального характера, выявить отраслевую принадлежность регулирующих норм, охарактеризовать соотношение правовых и неправовых нормативных регуляторов указанного явления.Методология. Статья базируется на методах анализа, синтеза, индукции, дедукции, а также историко-сравнительном, историко-правовом, формально-юридическом и формально-логическом методах.Результаты. В ходе проведенного исследования были выявлены основные источники правового регулирования института ударных комсомольских строек, приведен их перечень, определена отраслевая принадлежность, а также разрешен вопрос о соотношении правовых и неправовых нормативных регуляторов с учетом особенностей советской системы права.Вывод. Ударные комсомольские стройки, несмотря на длительный период существования, регламентировались достаточно фрагментарно. Тем не менее именно правовые нормы должны рассматриваться в качестве основополагающих источников регулирования, их отраслевое разнообразие подтверждает комплексный характер рассматриваемого института. Неправовые акты (в том числе документы ВЛКСМ) необходимо учитывать как вспомогательные, второстепенные регуляторы.

Relevance. In recent years, Russian reality has been characterized by a significant increase in interest in the Soviet heritage. State policy is characterized by the active use of such trends in the creation of new forms of social interaction (yunnats, construction crew movement, volunteerism, unarmia, etc.). Such an agenda can be evaluated ambiguously, but its manifestations actualize the need for a detailed examination of Soviet institutions and mechanisms from the point of view of both positive and negative experience. The Komsomol shock constructions are one of the markers of the large-scale mobilization movement in the Soviet state, and are of scientific interest not only from a socio-economic point of view, but also from a legal point of view.The purpose of this article is to study the Institute of Komsomol shock constructions from the point of view of legal regulation and the formation of a differentiated list of the main sources of legal regulation of this phenomenon.The objectives of the study follow from the purpose of the article and are to analyze the legal status of Komsomol shock constructions, taking into account their complex institutional nature, to identify the sectoral affiliation of regulatory norms, to characterize the ratio of legal and non-legal regulatory regulators of this phenomenon.Methodology. The article is based on the methods of analysis and synthesis, as well as historical-comparative, historical-legal and formal-legal methods.Results. In the course of the study, the main sources of legal regulation of the Institute of Komsomol shock construction projects were identified, their list was given, industry affiliation was determined, and the question of the ratio of legal and non-legal regulatory regulators was resolved, taking into account the peculiarities of the Soviet legal system.Conclusion. The Komsomol shock construction projects, despite the long period of existence, were regulated quite fragmentally. Nevertheless, it is the legal norms that should be considered as the fundamental sources of regulation, their sectoral diversity confirms the complex nature of the institution under consideration. Non-legal acts (including documents of the Komsomol) must be taken into account as auxiliary, secondary regulators.
