Актуальность. Экспорт американских политических нарративов и принципов продуцирует оформление в контексте американской политической традиции определенных смысловых компонентов внешнеполитической повестки США и порядка ее реализации с учетом специфики взаимодействия с остальными политическими акторами. В рамках происходящих процессов и существующих процедур межгосударственного взаимодействия на постсоветском пространстве политическим руководством США формулируется арсенал инструментов и техник реализации заявленных целей и задач.Цель. Основной целью написания статьи является формулирование сценариев реализации внешнеполитической повестки США в период президентства Д. Трампа на постсоветском пространстве в отношении Республики Беларусь и Республики Казахстан.Задачи: формулирование направлений взаимодействия США с Республикой Беларусь и Республикой Казахстан в период президентства Д. Трампа; выявление специфики президентства Д. Трампа в контексте реализации внешнеполитической повестки США в отношении Республики Беларусь и Республики Казахстан.Методология. Автором использована преимущественно следующая группа методов в процессе написания статьи: информационный анализ, контент-анализ, ивент-анализ, многофакторный анализ.Результаты. Автором определена целесообразность формулирования ключевых сценариев реализации внешнеполитической повестки США на постсоветском пространстве исходя из опыта взаимодействия США с Республикой Беларусь и Республикой Казахстан в период президентства Д. Трампа с учетом заявленной проблематики.Вывод. Период президентства Д. Трампа характеризуется пересмотром некоторых традиционных с точки зрения соответствия узловым категориям американской зарубежной политической практики концептов и уточнением внешнеполитической повестки США на постсоветском пространстве в отношении Республики Беларусь и Республики Казахстан в направлении интенсификации сотрудничества по конкретным вопросам финансово-экономического развития.
Relevance. Export of American political narratives and principles produces the design of certain meaningful components of the US foreign policy agenda and order of its realization with regard to the specificity of interaction with other political actors in the context of American political tradition. Within the framework of current processes and existing procedures of interstate interaction in Post-Soviet space the US political elite is formulating the arsenal of tools and techniques of realization of stated goals and tasks that means appeal to the next concepts.Purpose. The main purpose of this article is to formulate scenarios of realization of the US foreign policy agenda in Post-Soviet space in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the period of D. Trump's presidency.Objectives: formulation of directions of interaction between the Unites States and the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the period of D. Trump's presidency, reveal of specific of D. Trump's presidency in the context of realization of the US foreign policy agenda in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan.Methodology. The author mainly used the following group of methods in the process of writing this article: information analysis, content analysis and event analysis, multifactor analysis.Results. The author identifies reasonability of formulation the key scenarios of realization of the US foreign policy agenda in Post-Soviet space from experience of interaction between the Unites States and the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the period of D. Trump's presidency with regard to the declared problematic.Conclusion. The period of D. Trump's presidency is characterized by revision of some traditional concepts in terms of compliance with the central categories of American foreign political practice and correction of the US foreign policy agenda in Post-Soviet Space in the Republic of Belarus and the Republic of Kazakhstan in the direction of intensification of cooperation on specific issues of financial and economic development.
