Актуальность. Научный интерес к вопросам истории военного искусства, стратегии и тактики ведения боя существовал всегда. С возникновением государств глобальные и локальные мировые кризисы нередко приводили к войнам и вооруженным конфликтам. Наряду с технологизацией всех сфер жизнедеятельности человека, совершенствованием систем, средств и методов вооруженной борьбы трансформировалось и военное искусство, стратегия и тактика ведения боя. Именно в истории мы находим массу примеров диалога культур восточной, западной, греко-римской и других цивилизаций, которые смогли мирно соседствовать без войн и конфликтов. Вместе с тем интересы национальной безопасности требуют активного научного поиска новых средств и инструментов ее обеспечения.Цель – на основе научного анализа провести экскурс в историю военного искусства, стратегию и тактику ведения войны и определить их эволюцию в контурах будущего.Задачи: раскрыть логику современного мышления в области военного искусства и стратегии войны; представить основные направления развития тактики ведения боевых действия; определить главные особенности современной войны.Методология. Исторический, диалектический и социокультурный подходы в познании феномена военного искусства, основанные на представлении о всеобщей взаимосвязи всех явлений и процессов окружающего мира, положены в основу исследовательских процедур.Результаты. Историография военного искусства подтверждает состоятельность доводов научного сообщества о том, что в его основу положены вековые традиции и культурная матрица народа, пронизывающая все сферы деятельности военной организации общества. Ожесточенное противоборство современных цивилизаций за культурное, технологическое и экономическое доминирование приводит к новым нелинейным «правилам» ведения войны.Вывод. Любая армия мира при разработке стратегии и тактики ведения войны впитывает в себя все достижения культуры нации, которая ее формирует.
Relevance. Scientific interest in the history of military art, strategy and tactics of warfare has always existed. With the emergence of states, global and local world crises often led to wars and armed conflicts. Along with the technologization of all spheres of human life, the improvement of systems, means and methods of armed struggle, the art of war, the strategy and tactics of warfare have also been transformed. It is in history that we find a lot of examples of the dialogue between the cultures of Eastern, Western, GrecoRoman and other civilizations that could coexist peacefully without wars and conflicts. At the same time, the interests of national security require an active scientific search for new means and tools to ensure it.The purpose – on the basis of scientific analysis, conduct an excursion into the history of military art, strategy and tactics of warfare and determine their evolution in the contours of the future.Objectives: to reveal the logic of modern thinking in the field of military art and strategy of war; to present the main directions of development of tactics of warfare; identify the main features of modern warfare.Methodology. Historical, dialectical and sociocultural approaches to understanding the phenomenon of military art, based on the idea of the general interconnection of all phenomena and processes of the surrounding world, form the basis of research procedures.Results. The historiography of military art confirms the validity of the arguments of the scientific community that it is based on centuries-old traditions and the cultural matrix of the people, penetrating all spheres of activity of the military organization of society. The fierce confrontation of modern civilizations for cultural, technological, and economic dominance leads to new non-linear "rules" of warfare.Conclusions. Any army in the world, when developing a strategy and tactics of warfare, absorbs all the achievements of the culture of the nation that forms it.
