Актуальность. На протяжении первых послевоенных десятилетий усовершенствование производственных мощностей являлось одним из решающих факторов интенсификации промышленности. Большое внимание уделялось рационализации использования рабочего времени, а также разработке наиболее рентабельных методов изготовления промышленных товаров. Данное исследование посвящено движению рационализаторов и изобретателей, которое динамично развивалось на промышленных предприятиях Курской области в 1950–1970 годы. Работа, подготовленная на основе документов из архивных учреждений Курской области, раскрывает проблемы, с которыми сталкивались рационализаторы на промышленных предприятиях региона. Целью исследования является изучение опыта деятельности рационализаторов и изобретателей в промышленном секторе экономики Курской области в первые послевоенные десятилетия (1950–1970 годы). Задачами являются: выявление особенностей работы по рационализации и изобретательству на основе анализа исторических документов; раскрытие основных проблем в деятельности новаторов производства на промышленных предприятиях региона. Методология. Основой исследования являются принципы историзма, научной объективности, а также проблемно-хронологический и системно-структурный метод. Результаты. На основе критического анализа архивных документов, которые впервые вводятся в научный оборот, в статье раскрыты основные проблемы, с которыми сталкивались сотрудники предприятий, вовлеченные в разработку технологических предложений, оказавших определенное влияние на общие итоги научно-технического прогресса. Отмечено, что немаловажную роль в выполнении задач, стоявших перед рационализаторами, сыграли первичные организации Всесоюзного общества изобретателей и рационализаторов. Выводы. Широкое вовлечение сотрудников предприятий в рационализаторское движение имело противоречивый характер. С одной стороны, привлечение к научно-техническому творчеству способных работников оказывало положительное влияние на повышение эффективности производства, а с другой – желание руководителей предприятий всеми способами украсить отчетные показатели по развитию рационализаторства обусловливало формальный подход и халатное отношение к выполнению производственных заданий рядовыми сотрудниками.
Relevance. During the first post-war decades, the improvement of production capacities was one of the decisive factors in the intensification of industry. Much attention was paid to the rationalization of the use of working time, as well as the development of the most cost-effective methods of manufacturing industrial goods. This study is devoted to the movement of innovators and inventors, which developed dynamically at the industrial enterprises of the Kursk region in the 1950-1970 years. The work, prepared on the basis of documents from archival institutions of the Kursk region, reveals the problems faced by innovators at industrial enterprises in the region. The purpose of the study is to study the experience of innovators and inventors in the industrial sector of the economy of the Kursk region in the first post-war decades (1950-1970). Objectives are: dentification of the features of the work on rationalization and invention based on the analysis of historical documents; disclosure of the main problems in the activities of the innovators of production at the industrial enterprises of the region. Methodology. The research is based on the principles of historicism, scientific objectivity, as well as the problem-chronological and system-structural method. Results. Based on a critical analysis of archival documents that are being introduced into scientific circulation for the first time, the article reveals the main problems faced by employees of enterprises involved in the development of technological proposals that had a certain impact on the overall results of scientific and technological progress. It is noted that the primary organizations of the All-Union Society of Inventors and Innovators played an important role in the implementation of the tasks facing the innovators. Conclusions. The widespread involvement of employees of enterprises in the rationalization movement was controversial. On the one hand, the involvement of capable employees in scientific and technical creativity had a positive impact on improving production efficiency, and on the other hand, the desire of enterprise managers to decorate the reporting indicators for the development of innovation in all ways, caused a formal approach and negligent attitude to the performance of production tasks by ordinary employees.
