Актуальность. Данная статья посвящена проблеме доходности помещичьих хозяйств России в период Первой мировой войны. Значительная часть помещичьих хозяйств страны к 1914 году уже перешла на капиталистический путь развития и представляла собой передовые хозяйствующие субъекты. Передовой экономический опыт деятельности помещичьих хозяйств может быть полезен на современном этапе, когда в России продолжаются реформы, в том числе и в аграрном секторе. Кроме того, может восторжествовать историческая справедливость и советский ярлык полукрепостнического помещичьего хозяйства должен быть снят, а богатый исторический опыт помещичьего хозяйства будет всесторонне объективно оцениваться. Целью исследования является изучение различных статей доходов помещичьих хозяйств России в период Первой мировой войны. Задачи. Главные задачи нашего научного исследования сформулируем следующим образом: дать анализ исторических материалов, связанных со структурой доходов помещичьих хозяйств России в условиях Первой мировой войны; представить динамику доходов помещичьих хозяйств и вектор их экономического развития. Методология. Методологической основой исследования послужили: принцип историзма; методы объективности и научности; хронологический, историко-сравнительный подходы. Результаты научного исследования позволили сделать определённые выводы о структуре и динамике доходов помещичьих хозяйств России в период Первой мировой войны. Выводы. В годы Первой мировой войны доходы помещичьих хозяйств России показали устойчивую динамику роста несмотря на сложный исторический период. Помещичьи хозяйства продемонстрировали свою экономическую состоятельность и дальнейшую экономическую перспективу. Многие из них значительно увеличили свои доходы, регулярно вносили платежи по предыдущим займам в Дворянский и другие банки и еще раз продемонстрировали свою экономическую и хозяйственную необходимость для экономики России.

Relevance. This article is devoted to the problem of the profitability of landlord households in Russia during the First World War. By 1914, a significant part of the country's landlord economies had already switched to the capitalist path of development and were advanced economic entities. The advanced economic experience of landowners' activities can be useful at the present stage, when reforms are continuing in Russia, including in the agricultural sector. In addition, historical justice may triumph and the Soviet label of semi-feudal landlord economy should be removed, and the rich historical experience of landlord economy will be comprehensively and objectively evaluated. The purpose the aim of the research is to study various items of income of landowners in Russia during the First World War. Objectives we will formulate the main tasks of our scientific research as follows: to give an analysis of historical materials related to the structure of incomes of the landowners' households in Russia during the First World War; to present the dynamics of income of landowners and the vector of their economic development. Methodology. The methodological basis of the research was the following: the principle of historicism; methods of objectivity and scientificness; chronological, historical and comparative approaches. Results. The results of the scientific research made it possible to draw certain conclusions about the structure and dynamics of the incomes of the landowners' households in Russia during the First World War. Conclusion thus, during the First World War, the incomes of the landowners' households in Russia showed a stable dynamics of growth in basic incomes despite the difficult historical period. The landowners demonstrated their economic viability and further economic prospects. Many of them significantly increased their income, regularly made payments on previous loans to Dvoryansky and other banks, and once again demonstrated their economic and economic necessity for the Russian economy.
