Актуальность. Российская политическая наука насчитывает всего 30 лет своего существования в условиях развития России как нового государства. За указанный период она прошла периоды своего становления, развития и укрепления российских политологических школ. Многие вузы стали центрами политической науки по всей России - от Москвы и Санкт-Петербурга до Ростова-на-Дону, Саратова, Екатеринбурга и других городов. Политическая наука в России активно развивалась в направлении теории и методологии политики, политических институтов, процессов и технологий, политической культуры и идеологии, политической регионалистики и т.д. Однако в последнее время многим ученым в профессиональном политологическом сообществе стало очевидной необходимость расширения предмета исследований политической науки, в том числе включения в предметное поле исследований сферы государственного управления. Планируемые изменения в действующем законодательстве Российской Федерации в 2021 году в отношении номенклатуры научных специальностей, по которым защищаются диссертационные исследования, затрагивают существенным образом политические науки. Цель статьи состоит в разработке прогнозной модели направлений развития политической науки в России после принятия изменений в законодательстве в 2021 году. Задачами исследования являются: проведение сравнительного анализа действующего паспорта научных специальностей по направлению 23.00.00 и проекта номенклатуры научных специальностей по политологии; проведение количественного и качественного контент-анализа защищенных диссертационных исследований по политическим наукам за последние 5 лет (2015-2020 гг.). Методология. Основные методы исследования - сравнительный, а также количественный и качественный контент-анализ. Результаты. Предложен краткий прогноз развития направлений исследований в рамках политической науки на ближайшие годы. Выводы. Принятие нового паспорта научных специальностей существенным образом изменит приоритеты научных исследований в рамках политической науки при сохранении значительного интереса к проблематике политических институтов, процессов и технологий. Полагаем, что значительный интерес у исследователей вызовет научная специальность «Государственное управление и отраслевые политики».
Relevance. Russian political science has only 30 years of existence under the conditions of the development of Russia as a new state. During this period, it went through the periods of its formation, development and strengthening of Russian political science schools. Many universities have become centers of political science throughout Russia - from Moscow and St. Petersburg to Rostov-on-Don, Saratov, Yekaterinburg and other cities. Political science in Russia has been actively developing in the direction of theory and methodology of politics, political institutions, processes and technologies, political culture and ideology, political regionalism, etc. However, very recently, many scientists in the professional political science community have become evident the need to expand the subject of political science research, incl. inclusion in the subject field of research in the field of public administration. The planned changes in the current legislation of the Russian Federation in 2021 in relation to the nomenclature of scientific specialties in which dissertation research is being defended affect political science in a significant way. The purpose of the article is to develop a predictive model of the directions of development of political science in Russia after the adoption of changes in legislation in 2021. The objectives of the study are to carry out a comparative analysis of the current passport of scientific specialties in the direction of 23.00.00 and a draft nomenclature of scientific specialties in political science, as well as to conduct a quantitative and qualitative content analysis of defended dissertation research in political sciences over the past 5 years (2015-2020). Methodology. The main research methods are comparative, as well as quantitative and qualitative content - analysis. Results. A brief forecast of the development of research directions in the framework of political science for the coming years is proposed. Conclusion. The adoption of a new passport for scientific specialties will significantly change the priorities of scientific research within the framework of political science, while maintaining a significant interest in the problems of political institutions, processes and technologies. We believe that the scientific specialty "Public administration and sectoral policies" will cause considerable interest among researchers.
