Актуальность статьи состоит в том, что первые шаги советской власти по организации спортивной жизни проходили в условиях затяжного экономического кризиса, вызванного Первой мировой и Гражданской войнами. После прихода к власти большевиков Советская Россия оказалась в сложной ситуации: в стране начиналась Гражданская война и интервенция. Несмотря на это советское правительство провело целый ряд организационных мероприятий, связанных с созданием основ будущего спорта на государственном уровне. У В. И. Ленина и его соратников было неоднозначное отношение к спортивным соревнованиям. Однако в течение Гражданской войны советское правительство, по возможности, занималось организацией массового спорта, при этом большевикам удалось добиться определенных результатов. Цель – анализ организации спортивных мероприятий на Рабоче-крестьянском красном флоте непосредственно после прихода большевиков к власти в конце 1917 – начале 1918 года. Задачи: при помощи документов Российского архива Военно-морского флота охарактеризовать позицию советской власти по вопросам спортивной жизни в первый год ее существования; рассмотреть организацию военизированной структуры органов Всевобуча в конце 1917 – 1918 годов. Рассмотреть деятельность спортивной прессы в первый год нахождения большевиков у власти и ее роль в организации состязаний и развлекательных мероприятий на Рабоче-крестьянском красном флоте. Проанализировать меры по конфискации спортивного имущества, принадлежащего дореволюционным императорским яхтклубам. Методология. В работе использовались традиционные и общенаучные методы вместе с историко-ситуационным подходом при изучении проведения спортивных мероприятий на Рабоче-крестьянском красном флоте в конце 1917 – начале 1918 года. Результаты. В результате исследования показан процесс понимания советским руководством необходимости существования спорта. Отсюда начинают проводить массовые спортивные мероприятия, в том числе и на Рабоче-крестьянском красном флоте. Большевистское руководство конфискует яхты императорских яхт-клубов, привлекает к сотрудничеству высококвалифицированных тренеров и спортивную прессу. Выводы статьи содержат мнение об эффективности организации соревнований политическими органами на Рабоче-крестьянском красном флоте в сложных условиях Гражданской войны.
The relevance of the article is that the first steps of the Soviet government to organize sports life took place in the conditions of a prolonged economic crisis caused by the First World War and the Civil War. After the Bolsheviks came to power, Soviet Russia found itself in a difficult situation: Civil War and intervention began in the country. Despite this, the Soviet government carried out a number of organizational measures related to the creation of the foundations of the future of sports at the state level. V. I. Lenin and his colleagues had an ambiguous attitude to sports competitions. However, during the Civil War, the Soviet government, if possible, engaged in the organization of mass sports. At the same time, the Bolsheviks managed to achieve certain results. The purpose is to analyze the organization of sports events in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Fleet immediately after the Bolsheviks came to power in late 1917-early 1918. Objectives: Using the documents of the Russian Archive of the Navy (RGA Navy) to characterize the position of the Soviet government on sports life in the first year of its existence. Consider the organization of the paramilitary structure of the Vsevobuch organs at the end of 1917 – 1918. Consider the activities of the sports press in the first year of the Bolsheviks 'stay in power and its role in organizing competitions and entertainment events in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Fleet. Analyze measures to confiscate sports property belonging to pre-revolutionary imperial yacht clubs. Methodology. The paper uses traditional and general scientific methods together with an istrico-situational approach in the study of sports events in the Workers 'and Peasants' Red Fleet in late 1917 – early 1918. Results. As a result of the study, the process of understanding the need for the existence of sports by the soviet leadership is shown. from here, they begin to hold mass sports events, including on the workers 'and peasants' red fleet. The bolshevik leadership confiscates the yachts of the imperial yacht clubs, attracts highly qualified coaches and the sports press to cooperate. The conclusions of the article contain an opinion on the effectiveness of organizing competitions by political bodies in the workers 'and peasants' red fleet in the difficult conditions of the civil war.
